At Funkeeper, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Cancellation After Shipping
If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will not be accepted.
In such cases, any advance payment made will not be refunded.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, the paid amount will not be refunded to the original payment method.
The amount will be retained by the company and can be adjusted in your next order.
Your next order will be processed after deducting the previously paid amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp.
If the order is not confirmed, it may be automatically canceled.
Refused or Undelivered Orders (RTO)
If a customer refuses to accept the order or is unavailable at delivery, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:
The order will be considered non-serious
Any advance or shipping charges will not be refunded
Re-shipping will be done only after additional payment
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If the order fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Order Modification
Changes to product, variant, address, or contact details are allowed only before shipping.
Once the order is dispatched, no modifications will be accepted.
Fraud & Suspicious Orders
Funkeeper reserves the right to cancel or hold any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious, without prior notice.
